سلام.

در جلسه ی پیشین متوجه شدیم که دومین کاربرد ساختارهای ing دار ، توصیف حالت یک اتفاق هست. به عنوان مثال، در جمله

The two teams played extremely violently, using every chance to seek revenge.

برای توصیف "بازی خشن" دو تیم، از عبارت ingدار استفاده کردیم: "از هر فرصتی برای انتقام جویی استفاده کردند"

در جلسه ی نوزدهم به این حالت رسیدیم که پس از بیان جمله ی اول، از عبارت ingدار برای توصیف یک فاعل متفاوت استفاده کنیم. به عنوان مثل می خواهیم بگوییم :" علی شهرسازی را انتخاب کرد، در حالی رضا معماری را انتخاب کرد":

Ali chose urban plaing, with Reza choosing architecture.

مثالهای بیشتر:

• Half of the students passed the exam successfully, with the other half failing by a narrow margin.
• Germany won the world cup, with Argentina wiing the silver medal.
• Many scholars consider architecture a branch of engineering, with many students regarding it as a branch of art.

Architecture has a duty to preserve our presence on this earth. One important aspect of an architect's job is originality, if (s)he wishes to fulfil this duty. Architects must be inventive in their work. The history of art is full of inventions and creativity. Placing himself in an historical context, the inventive architect should try to make Idea to the work he inherits and add something to them. After a thorough immersion in the historical context, the architect can make contribution to humanity.

معماری وظیفه ی حفظ حضور ما را بر روی زمین دارد. یک وجه مهم از شغل معمار، اصالت می باشد، اگر که او می خواهد این وظیفه را عملی کند. معماران باید در کار خود نوآور باشند. تاریخ بشر سرشار از نوآوری و خلاقیت هست. هنگامی که معمار نوآور خود را در یک بستر تاریخی قرار می دهد، باید سعی کند که در ارتباط با آثاری که به ارث برده نظر دهد و چیزی به‌روز به آنها اضافه کند. پس از غوطه ور شدن جامع در این بستر تاریخی، معمار می تواند سهم خود در کمک به بشریت را محقق کند.
